This book is a continuation of our previous book One Day.

Exactly 10 years after creating One Day, we decided to draw another volume. This time, instead of following a daily routine, we embarked on a whole-year journey.

We had already established how the book works and looks. The main challenge was to select words that were not used in One Day and that we could express as interesting illustrations.

Words in the previous book were arranged chronologically, and we wanted to do the same here. We started with winter, went through all the seasons, and back to winter again. Every spread has a theme that groups the presented words together.

The idea was to have a colorful, cute, and playful book for our youngest readers.

As with previous volume we used our font Mr Orange for all texts in the book.

As with One Day, we drew all images on paper. We started with quick sketches, and when we were happy with the overall layout, we made final drawings using Uni Pin fine liners. The images were drawn 50% smaller than the images in the book. This way, the organic character of hand-drawn lines was exaggerated.
