After finishing “Mamoko 3000” we decided that it would be the last part of the story-based Mamoko books. But we had an idea for books with a different mechanic. The style and already established characters of Mamoko were a perfect match for both “Mam oko na liczby” and “Mam oko na litery”.
After creating “Mam oko na litery” it was much easier to write the version with numbers. First of all, the translation and possible future foreign editions were not a problem. Every spread would be identical in every foreign publication. We just needed a simple plan and the ability to count up to 10. Then the process of drawing all illustrations would look the same as in big mamoko books.
